Coffin & Trout was born from Randy Coffin’s love of creating art with his hands and for a respect for outstanding service. After years of experience building and repairing jewelry, Randy and his business partner, Dave Trout, decided to open their own company. Their goal: to deliver exquisite craftsmanship at fair prices with extraordinary service. Now, decades after they opened their first store, with copious awards and recognitions, the tradition lives on. Their belief in unparalleled quality and service aligns them perfectly with the Rolex brand of excellence.

In 1996, Coffin & Trout was honored to continue our tradition of excellence when we became an Official Rolex Jeweler. Randy Coffin vividly remembers the day he received the call from Rolex that they would like to come visit, “It was a very exciting time for our company and a day that I will never forget.”

As part of a Rolex Global Initiative, Coffin & Trout embarked on expansive showroom improvements to enhance the Rolex experience. This renovation dramatically increased the selection of displayed timepieces and added beautiful design elements throughout the Rolex Corner. These efforts resulted in a exquisite new space to feature and sell Rolex.

Coffin & Trout chose Chandler as its home because it wanted to be a part of an authentic community, a place where neighbors become friends, and where we could grow along with the community. Since our opening, we’re proud to say that most new customers walk through our doors because they were referred to us by a trusted friend. It’s in this way that we continue our tradition of delivering meaningful service and building relationships that last a lifetime.
