Arizona Sales Tax
City and State taxes will be charged on all sales to Arizona residents.
Out of State Sales
No sales tax will be charged for merchandise shipped or delivered to a nonresident for use outside Arizona. By checking the non-resident box when ordering, the buyer confirms that they are not a resident of Arizona and that the merchandise is purchased for use outside Arizona pursuant to Arizona sales tax rules and regulations.
Returns
We allow a full refund, exchange or credit for any jewelry that was purchased from our normal stock and not custom made for you. It must be returned within 15 days in new condition with the original box and receipt.
Returns are not accepted on special order items, layaways, custom made designs and jewelry that has been sized; jewelry and watches that have been engraved, altered, damaged or that show excessive wear.
